The 2025 Next Engineers Partners’ Workshop is our second convening for Next Engineers partners from around the world. During our time together, we will exchange ideas and insights on implementation, build and strengthen our relationships, and continue to generate strategies for improving program design.

Don't forget your outlet adapters and currency! Portugal uses Type F power adapters. And while Lisbon is becoming increasingly cashless, some small shops and taxis may only accept cash. It is advised to have some Euros on hand for small purchases, tips, and transportation.
Weather: Lisbon enjoys warm and pleasant weather in September with average high temperatures around 79F/26C and low temperatures around 63F/17C. Rainfall is relatively low and the city experiences an average of 8 hours of sunshine per day making it a great city to explore…be sure to pack a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses!
