The Career Coaching and Readiness (CCR) sessions marked a significant milestone, bringing together students, facilitators, and mentors to celebrate a journey of growth, learning, and transformation. Held in an atmosphere filled with both excitement and reflection, the session served as a fitting conclusion to months of dedication and personal development.
Throughout the year, Cohort 3 engaged in a series of CCR sessions designed to equip them with essential skills for academic success, career planning, and personal growth. From goal setting and time management to communication and leadership, participants were guided through practical and impactful learning experiences. The final session will provide an opportunity to reflect on these lessons and appreciate the progress made.
Highlights of the sessions was the recognition segments, where students were acknowledged for their consistency, leadership, and outstanding contributions. Those moments not only celebrated individual achievements but also reinforced the sense of community that had developed within the cohort.
The Last CCR Session for Cohort 3 – Year 2026 will feature external speakers who will encourage learners to embrace the changes they are about to face in their upcoming journey as students and how to use what they’ve learned in the programme.
